2 tbsp Coconut Aminos & Tamari
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp Hot Honey
Mango Salsa
1 Mango
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Jalepeno
1/3 cup White Onion
1/3 cup Cilantro
1 Lime
Salt (to taste)

Avocado
Feta

I N S T R U C T I O N S
Hot Honey Salmon
Pat salmon filets dry & set on baking sheet with lined parchment paper
Coat filets in coconut aminos & tamari, then cover with seasonings
Drizzle hot honey until filets are completely covered
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (or until salmon is flakey & the top is caramelized)
Mango Salsa
Dice your mango, bell pepper, jalepeno, onion & cilantro
Add to bowl & mix in the juice of one lime & some sea salt (to taste)
Let marinate in the fridge while the rest of your meal cooks
Prep Salad Base
Add arugula to the base of your bowl
Add a squeeze of lemon juice & a drizzle of olive oil to the base (massage lightly)
Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt
Finishing Touches
Top with avocado, feta (or vegan feta) & some more hot honey
Add some tortilla chips to the side for a nice crunch
