Hot Honey Salmon Salad

  • Arugula Salad

    • Arugula

    • Lemon Juice

    • Olive Oil

    • Sea Salt

  • Hot Honey Salmon

    • Wild-caught Salmon

    • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos & Tamari

    • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes

    • 2 tbsp Hot Honey

  • Mango Salsa

    • 1 Mango

    • 1 Red Bell Pepper

    • 1 Jalepeno

    • 1/3 cup White Onion

    • 1/3 cup Cilantro

    • 1 Lime

    • Salt (to taste)

  • Toppings & Sides

    • Avocado

    • Feta

    • Tortilla Chips

    • More Hot Honey

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  • Hot Honey Salmon

    • Pat salmon filets dry & set on baking sheet with lined parchment paper

    • Coat filets in coconut aminos & tamari, then cover with seasonings

    • Drizzle hot honey until filets are completely covered

    • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (or until salmon is flakey & the top is caramelized)

  • Mango Salsa

    • Dice your mango, bell pepper, jalepeno, onion & cilantro

    • Add to bowl & mix in the juice of one lime & some sea salt (to taste)

    • Let marinate in the fridge while the rest of your meal cooks

  • Prep Salad Base

    • Add arugula to the base of your bowl

    • Add a squeeze of lemon juice & a drizzle of olive oil to the base (massage lightly)

    • Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt

  • Finishing Touches

    • Top with avocado, feta (or vegan feta) & some more hot honey

    • Add some tortilla chips to the side for a nice crunch
